He carries a rich experience of more than 31 years. He has over the years acquired proficiency in Direct Tax Laws, Internal Audits, Taxation, Bank Audits, Financial and Tax Planning and Statutory Audits. Apart from advising clients on various issues under the Income-Tax Act, Wealth Tax Act, he has a vast experience in handling assessment proceedings under the Income-tax Act including Search cases. He also handles appellate matters before the Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals).
CA ASHOK H. CHEVLI:
He has been tremendous source of energy behind the firm, serving in this field since 25 years. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in conducting statutory audits of companies. He has also been involved in preparation of project reports for various small and medium size enterprises and has assisted them in getting their projects financed from nationalized banks. During his professional career he has handled various assignments which include Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Bank Audits, Taxation Audits Financial Restructuring, Tax Planning, Company Law Matters etc.
